Please note that our pricing has changed from 1 May, 2011. The new pricing schedule includes a subsidy for your first three sessions, bringing them to $60 per session, followed by the full fee of $80 per session for subsequent visits. We accept cash, cheque or eftpos, and do not have Credit Card facilities. The fee is payable on the day of the appointment.

Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend your appointment for any reason, we require 24 hours notice of cancellation. A $25 fee will be charged for late cancellation. Please cancel by telephone (09 576 4248) or email.

Reminder Service
Text or email reminders are sent 2 days before the counselling sessions. We ask that you respond to the reminder.

Work and Income
You may be eligible for subsidised counselling through Work & Income, if you are already entitled to a benefit or if your income is under a certain level.

ACC
Some of our counsellors are contracted to ACC for counselling related to sensitive claims (sexual abuse which has occurred within New Zealand). While we cannot guarantee the availability of an ACC Counsellor, we do have a waiting list. ACC cover part of the cost of counselling, however, there will be a $20 co-charge for these appointments. Family Court
We offer relationship counselling to couples which is paid for by the New Zealand Family Court.

We are committed to making counselling affordable to all who need it (as each person's circumstances are different). We invite you to speak to our administrator if you are facing financial hardship.

We try not to turn away anyone in genuine need of counselling.

Day and evening appointments are available.
